What to expect?
The practice of sound healing has its roots in various traditional cultures—including Indian, Tibetan, and Indigenous cultures—which have been exploring the influence of sound on health for centuries. We call this workshop “Immersion” into the world of sounds.
Mindfulness plays a crucial role here and refers to the conscious awareness of the present moment. When using sound and tuning forks, it is important that both the sound therapist and the recipient are in a state of mindfulness. This enables a deeper connection with the sounds and promotes relaxation as well as awareness of one’s own body and mind.
This course is suitable for:
• Those completely new to sound healing
• Wellness practitioners looking to expand their skills and offerings
• Yoga teachers, meditation facilitators, healthcare and holistic therapists
• Individuals on a personal healing or self development journey
• Anyone wishing to deepen their understanding of chakra healing, sound, vibration, and their therapeutic applications
