About the training

Touch, sound and the art of holding space.

Musical Yin brings together mindful touch, sound and Yin Yoga to create a practice that feels more connected, intentional and immersive.

Throughout this hands-on training, you’ll explore how different qualities of touch can support relaxation, trust and nervous system regulation, while learning how music and sound can shape the atmosphere and emotional experience of a class.

The focus is not simply on adding assists or music to your teaching, but on understanding how to use both with awareness — responding to the person, the moment and the intention of the practice.

Theory, practical exercises and guided Yin sessions come together throughout the training, allowing you to experience each technique before bringing it into your own teaching.
