Sound Healing
Sound healing uses frequency and vibration to help the body and mind settle into a state of calm. Because the body is over 70% water, sound travels deeply—supporting relaxation, harmony and restoration.

Tuning Forks, Breathwork & Yin
This practice integrates tuning forks, breathwork and Yin Yoga to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, supporting deep relaxation and inner balance. Explore bandhas, breath-holds and vibrational healing to access “the void”—a powerful state for deep transformation and manifestation.

Yin & Sound
A nourishing blend of somatic awareness and long, restorative Yin holds with sound healing, breathwork and mantra. Practiced to help the body, mind and heart open—gently releasing stagnant energy and emotion in a supportive space.

Gong Baths
During Alan’s gong meditation, you’re taken on a musical journey through serene gong vibrations. The session begins with a 60‑minute gong bath, followed by 30 minutes of golden silence—leaving you with bliss, clarity and rejuvenation.
