In this workshop with Miquel Sanagustin we will explore an immersion into the practice of Meditation, Pranayama and Yin Yoga. The main topic is focused on the Chakra clearing and activation, working with the sensations in our body, mind and breath to connect with the different elements of awareness around the chakras. Whether you are experienced in these practices and the chakras or you want to explore as a beginner, all levels are welcomed.
