The focus of the MUM LAB Wellbeing Circle is to give mums and mums-to-be the permission and space to briefly let go of all responsibility and to return to their inner place of calm and connection. We will be flowing through some mindful movement, soundful breathing, and leaving time for chats with experts and connecting amongst each other.
MUM LAB is a movement and members community by mums for mums and mums to be (pregnant or on the journey to becoming), with a focus on informing, supporting and empowering each other. If you’re looking for a community of beautiful women and a safe, non-judgemental space where mutual respect, humour and honesty are key, then you have The MUM LAB community, one of inclusivity and non-judgment. Whether you're still trying to figure out how to be a mum and have a career, a mum-to-be, or have a screaming toddler or teenager at home - this space is for all of us! We believe in conversations held in a group of diversity i.e. coming from various angles and experiences, to cultivate an environment of education, understanding, and compassion, which will hopefully lead to an increased sense of belonging.
