Somatic Voice Experiences
This is a guided, experiential group practice that use voice, breath, and embodied awareness to support nervous system regulation, emotional expression, and a felt sense of connection.
The work is not performance-based and does not require musical training. Participation may include sounding, listening, silence, or gentle vocal exploration—all by invitation, never obligation.
This is designed as complete experiences that can be attended once or revisited over time, each offering a slightly different doorway into embodied presence and voice.
