A slower kind of practice, yin poses meets sound healing, designed to help your nervous system finally exhale. We move through long held, gentle poses while sound vibrations wash over you. Crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, and various percussion instruments meeting you exactly where you are in that moment. No rushing, just stillness, breath, and sound doing the deep work. The practice closes with an extended Savasana soundbath, where you’ll simply lie back and let the sound carry you into total rest.
