Description

Tuning Forks, Breathwork & Yin combines ancient breathwork techniques with contemporary insights into the nervous system, alongside Yin poses, tuning forks, meditation and gentle spiritual practices.

You may explore breathing techniques, breath holds, bandhas and subtle movement before moving into quieter states of rest and awareness. The vibration of tuning forks adds another layer to the experience, creating therapeutic moments of stillness and deep listening.

Rather than asking you to disconnect from the world, the practice invites you to become more present within it, beginning with your breath, your body and yourself.
