What is a Breathwork & Sound Ceremony?
Conscious Energy Breathing (CEB), also known as Conscious Connected Breathwork or Rebirthing, activates the body’s natural self-healing. By merging inhale and exhale in an intuitive rhythm, the breath floods your system with life-force, making subconscious memories and stored emotions accessible. This sacred breathing opens space to move through energetic blockages, release stress and tension, and awaken clarity, joy and vitality.
Rooted in CEB, Marc’s Naikando Method® weaves frequency and sound therapy into the breath. Tuning forks and vocal toning — especially in deep meditative states — amplify the ceremony’s capacity for self-healing while keeping you grounded and safe throughout the journey.
