Alive in the Heart: Yin, Breath & Sound
What does it mean to feel truly alive?
To feel connected to yourself. To breathe fully. To feel deeply. To let your voice move through you freely instead of holding back what wants to be expressed.
The heart is more than a physical center. It is a place of connection, openness, courage, tenderness, joy and belonging. It is where we meet life — and ourselves — most intimately.
And yet, in everyday life, we often protect this space without even realizing it. Tension builds around the chest and shoulders. The breath becomes smaller. Emotions stay unexpressed. We move quickly, function, keep going — and sometimes lose touch with the part of us that feels deeply alive.
Alive in the Heart is an invitation to soften, open and return to that place within you.
Through a carefully guided journey of movement, breath and sound, we create space around the heart and lungs, awaken the body from within and explore the natural power of your own voice.
Breath brings you back into the present. Sound gives expression to what is moving within you. Mantra brings focus to the mind and allows vibration to be felt throughout the whole body.
As the body softens, the breath deepens and the voice begins to open, you may notice something shifting — more spaciousness, more freedom, more presence. A deeper connection to yourself and to the simple experience of being here, feeling and alive.
This workshop is for anyone who longs to feel more deeply, breathe more freely and experience the heart not simply as an idea, but as a living, energetic center within the body.
You don’t need any previous experience with yoga, breathwork or chanting. Whether you are completely new to these practices or already have an established yoga or meditation practice, you are welcome.
For experienced practitioners, this is also an opportunity to slow down and receive — and perhaps discover a new doorway into your practice through voice, vibration, sacred sound and mantra.
Come as you are, with curiosity, openness and a willingness to listen inward.
A journey into softness, vibration, expression and connection — and into the feeling of being fully alive.
