This is a rare invitation to deeply nourish and restore your whole system. In this session you will be gently encouraged to tune in, breathe, and return to your center — releasing whatever no longer serves you.
We begin by arriving in the body. Diana guides you through a Yin Yoga session, with Alan accompanying on gong. You will settle into a deep awareness of how you feel — moment by moment, breath by breath.
Yin Yoga is a slow, unhurried style of yoga that creates space to listen to your body, quiet the mind, and reconnect with the breath. As the yoga sequence comes to rest in Savasana, Alan leads you directly into a full Gong Bath — a seamless continuation of the stillness you have already entered.
The result is a complete reset. A body that feels replenished. A mind that is clear and at ease. An awareness that is wide open and alive.
No experience or prior practice is needed. All that is required is a willingness to give yourself time — and to feel your way into the silence within.
