DESCRIPTION:A three-hour session to awaken the heart that sees every moment of life as a gift. \nTo be grateful is to recognize. When we uncover the true love in our hearts\, gratitude follows on its own. Not as a strategy to secure some unknown future. Not to paint a smiley face over a hard situation. True gratitude is the honest recognition that this whole existence is a miracle\, and that nothing is guaranteed. \nWith this kind of gratitude\, you can’t lose. You even win by losing. Everything that triggers resistance in you becomes a doorway to a new and more beautiful experience. \nThis session is devoted to this flavor of gratitude. \nThe Session\nWe begin with a few practices to bring our attention into the body and the room\, and to gather as a group. From there we move into the heart-awakening meditations — directed focus\, and the relational practices drawn from trust\, openness\, and love. \nWe close with a deep gong bath and silence. \nPlease Note: Three hours is a real commitment. It is also the right amount of time. The heart does not open on a schedule. We need time to arrive\, to go deep\, and to let what has happened settle.
