DESCRIPTION:Heart Initiation: Love A three-hour session to awaken the fearlessly loving heart. There is a love that goes way beyond the love most of us experience in our lives. A love that is not dependent on who is around us or how they treat us. A love beyond the mercy of mood\, memory\, or circumstance. \nUnconditional love is a natural quality of an awakened heart. And once you gain access to this quality of love\, you have it for life. It is there for you and everybody around you. In every situation. This session is devoted to helping you access unconditional love. \nThe Session \nWe start by doing a few practices together to help raise our awareness of the present moment and to create a safe and supportive space in the group. We then do the heart awakening meditations to awaken our loving heart. We close with a deep gong bath and silence to integrate all that we have experienced. We leave with a rejuvenated spirit. And a new understanding of what it means to be connected to life. \nNo prior experience required. Only the desire to awaken the loving heart. \nBOOK
