Conscious Energy Breathing enables us to move through energetic and physical blockages\, and release everyday stress and tension; at the same time\, it gives us more clarity\, joy and vitality. This specific type of Breathwork is a natural healing ability we all have access to; this ability involves merging the inhale with the exhale in an intuitive way that floods the body with the cosmic energy of the source of all that is. Marc places great importance on a safe space in that you feel supported to take a journey to your deepest (highest) Self\, accompanied by the healing properties of Sound and Rhythm\, using your own breath in a most sacred way.​With its fundament in CEB\, Marc has created the Naikando Method®\, which incorporates elements of frequency and sound therapy.
