A daily meditation practice guided by the power of sound. Our classes combine meditation, breath, movement and the healing vibrations of sounds.

Sound Healing

Sound Healing is a beautiful, peaceful way to resonate sound frequency vibrations through the body, bringing you into a state of tranquillity, harmony and health. Our sessions include Himalayan bowls, crystal bowls, alchemy bowls, the voice and various instruments.

Thursdays 19:45 – 20:45

SPECIAL: Luciana Agostinelli our founder will be giving 5 lunchtime sessions before the end of this year.

Tuning Forks, Breathwork & Yin

This practice integrates Tuning Forks, Breathwork and Yin Yoga to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, supporting deep relaxation and inner balance. Explore bandhas, breath-holds, and vibrational healing to access ‘the void’—a powerful state for deep transformation and manifestation.

When:

Mondays: 19:45 – 20:45

Gong Baths

During the Gong Meditation, you are taken on a musical journey through serene gong vibrations. The session will start with a 60 minute gong bath. followed by a natural transition into 30 minutes of golden silence. The result is an intense feeling of bliss, clarity and rejuvenation.

When:

Tuesdays: 18:00 – 19:30

Thursdays: 12:15 – 13:45

Yin & Sound

This session blends somatic elements and restorative position holds, with sound healing, breathwork and mantra. It’s designed to help your body, mind, and heart open, gently releasing stagnant energetic and emotional blockages in a powerful yet nurturing way.

Thursdays: 18:15 – 19:15
