This intensive 2 day course explores the principles of chakras, the body’s energetic system combined with sound healing. Participants develop an understanding of the chakras, aura, meridians, and energy flow while learning to work with crystal singing bowls for chakra balancing. Through theory and practical exercises, you build skills in dowsing, guided chakra sound journeys, and chakra balancing sessions, gaining the confidence to support energetic wellbeing with clarity and care.

Facilitators: Michelle Ricaille & Luciana Agostinelli
Michelle has over 30 years of experience in holistic wellness. She has facilitated Chakra Balancing Workshops for over 18 years, and trained yoga teachers for more than 10 years through her own Yoga Alliance Accredited Yoga Academy. Additionally, Michelle completed a specialized training in Major and Minor Chakra Hologram Balancing through the Neuro-Energetic Kinesiology (NK) Institute. Her extensive education includes degrees in Exercise Science, Nutrition, Naturopathic Medicine, Classical Homeopathy, Kinesiology, and multiple complementary healing modalities.
Luciana is the founder and creative director of Be: Academy. With a background in Naturopathy, Nutritional Therapy, Holistic Counselling and Sound Healing, she brings great wisdom and guidance to the
academy and their respective courses.
